Welcome to ORO Digital Philippines. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website orodigital.ph and participation in our TikTok Creator Network and related services. By accessing our website or joining our network, you agree to these Terms.

            🎉 Free to Join: Our TikTok Creator Network is 100% FREE. We never charge any fees to join, participate, or receive training. You keep 100% of your TikTok LIVE earnings.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services and join our TikTok Creator Network, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
Be a legal resident of the Philippines or eligible to participate
Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

3. TikTok Creator Network

3.1 What We Provide (FREE)

Training on TikTok LIVE hosting and streaming
Personal branding and content strategy guidance
Access to internal campaigns with bonus opportunities
Community support and networking
Studio access (for in-person training in General Santos City)
Updates on TikTok features and campaigns

3.2 What We Do NOT Provide

TikTok Shop selling or e-commerce training (we focus exclusively on TikTok LIVE entertainment)
Guaranteed income or earnings
Employment relationship (creators are independent)

3.3 Creator Responsibilities

As a member of our network, you agree to:

Create original, authentic content
Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Respect intellectual property rights
Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Represent ORO Digital positively when associated with our network

            Important: Violation of TikTok's guidelines or engagement in fraudulent activity (such as fake engagement, view botting, or scams) may result in removal from our network.
        

4. Earnings and Payments

Any earnings you receive through TikTok LIVE (gifts, diamonds, etc.) are paid directly to you by TikTok according to TikTok's payment terms. ORO Digital does not process or take any portion of your TikTok earnings.

For internal campaigns and bonuses offered by ORO Digital, payment terms and conditions will be communicated separately for each campaign.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The ORO Digital website, logo, training materials, and all related content are owned by ORO Digital Philippines and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By participating in our network, you grant ORO Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote your content for marketing purposes, with proper attribution.

6. Digital Marketing Services

For clients engaging our digital marketing services (separate from the TikTok Creator Network):

Service terms will be outlined in individual contracts
Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified
Results are not guaranteed as they depend on multiple factors
Cancellation policies will be specified in service agreements

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use automated systems to access the site without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious code or content
Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Collect user information without consent

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That our services will meet your specific requirements
That the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any specific results or income from participation in our network
The accuracy of information provided by third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO Digital Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our network.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORO Digital Philippines, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also leave our network at any time without penalty.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website announcement. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of General Santos City, Philippines.
